    I have been an Allstate Auto insurance customer for 40 plus years. I was involved in my very first collision a few years ago. The whole process of reporting the accident and getting a repair estimate was so simple. I unfortunately was the victim of a hit and run and everything was covered by my insurance. I took my vehicle to Allstate's recommended repair shop in my area and they were wonderful too. They took care of everything and I had my car back in less than 5 days. I was relieved and pleasantly surprised at how well everything was handled. Thank you, Allstate.

    Customer service oriented and knowledgeable! Rates were great but the value of their team is worth more than anything. Always make me feel right at home and provide peace of mind when I'm on the road... Tedd and team are great!!!!

    Horrible customer service. I called Camille on a Friday to get a closing statement so I could open an HSA account with my new company. She said she would get back to me before the end of business day. Called every day with no return call until I finally threatened to escalate to a manager. I got a call back from Priscilla (who was great) stating that Camille had already had the statement printed but just decided no to call back. Apparently Camille was just too busy to be bothered with helping out a previous client.
